We want to make you aware that this Friday (03/19), there will be an extended maintenance period for the Authentication Services.

During the period 03/19 10:00 - 03/22 10:00 GMT, we are updating some of our backend systems, some historic authentication results may be temporarily unavailable in the following Product Cloud pages:
- Brand protection
- Authenticate - (show authentication history)

Most recent results will be restored first, therefore only the oldest authentication results will be unavailable for the maximum period of 3 days.

Performing new authentication requests, via either the Authenticate app or Dashboard will be impacted during 03/19 from 10:00 to 12:00 GMT.

This scheduled maintenance affected: AUTHENTICATE - US (Authenticate service, Authenticate dashboard, Brand protection dashboard) and AUTHENTICATE - EU (Authenticate service, Brand protection dashboard).
